Service Protection
We at Medical Graphics Corporation understand that every
lab is unique, so we have designed a service protection
system that allows you to tailor your service plan to best
meet the specific needs in your lab. You can choose
from four pre-designed UltraCare plans, from our Platinum,
worry free protection plan, to our basic Bronze plan. If
you like, you can adjust the plans for a perfect fit. Don’t

On Site Service
MedGraphics™ has trained field service engineers located
throughout the United States. Each of our field service
engineers is factory trained and carries a service inventory
of components with them to ensure you maximum uptime and

Biomed Training
MedGraphics™ offers biomedical engineer
training classes throughout the year. The classes are tailored
to cover the equipment in your facility and are small enough
to ensure you get hands on experience. Classes are accredited
and provide you with Continuing Education Units (CEU's).

Support
Every MedGraphics™ customer receives technical support,
available 6 am to 6 pm CST, Monday thru Friday, via our
toll free service line at 800-333-4137
or via our direct line

Each of our technical support specialists goes thru extensive
training on each of our products in order to provide you
with the most efficient support possible.
Technical support can also be contacted via the internet using
our Online
Support. This includes a searchable "AnswerBook"
and a way to submit your questions to Technical Support.

Next Day Parts Shipments
MedGraphics™ offers you next day parts shipments upon
request, reducing your lab downtime.
Depot Repair
For certain products, MedGraphics™ offers
in house repair as an economical means of repairing your
system. We also offer loaner products, to keep your lab
productive while the repair is being done. Once the item
in need of repair reaches our facility, we will have it
repaired and on its way back to you in 5-7 business days.
