(March 1, 2004) In 1992 Medical Graphics introduced the 1085D,
DL, DX and PF/DX into the healthcare market. If you own one of these
systems, you are eligible for the "Trade UP" Program.
It is Medical Graphics’ service goal to provide 100% customer satisfaction.
We accomplish this by providing efficient, effective and high-grade
service; that is our hallmark. Due to the lack of availability of
analog electronic components, our UltraCare protection plans for
the 1085D and PF/DX Series products will no longer be offered after
December 2005. In addition, service contracts on these systems will
show an appreciable increase in the middle of 2004 to reflect the
added cost of support for the 1085D and PF/DX Series.
In late 1998 Medical Graphics introduced the Elite D, DL, DX and
Profiler Series. This series of Pulmonary Function systems was created
and developed from the strengths of their predecessors: the 1085D
and PF/DX Systems. The Elite and Profiler Systems utilize new digital
technologies to improve system performance.
